Family of T.B. Alexander

 

Thomas B. Alexander married the daughter of John Brown Jr.; brought fellow actors to the island which resulted in the “Actor’s Colony;” owned the Crescent and Alexander Hotels; served as Mayor of Put-in-Bay; and was a founder of the Put-in-Bay Yacht Club. Alexander tirelessly promoted the island tourism.
